Grants
If you are a Turkish citizen under 35 years old and intend to give an oral or poster presentation at the conference you may be eligible for a grant from the scientific and technological reserach council of Turkey, TÜBİTAK, to help with travel and accommodation costs. If you wish to apply please write a short petition of application and attach a scanned copy of your ID card as proof of age. Please e mail them together with your abstract to the conference secretariat and we will apply to TÜBİTAK on your behalf. Applicants should not contact TÜBİTAK directly. Please note that unfortunately due to TÜBİTAK rules, only Turkish citizens under 35 years of age may apply for this grant. Also note that only a limited number of grants are available. Those who apply earlier may stand a better chance of receiving one.

Awards
During the conference monetary awards will be presented (amount to be announced later) for the three best posters and the best two oral presentations. The purpose of these awards is to attract and encourage young scientists and in keeping with this, only presenters under 35 years of age will be considered. The awards will be decided during the conference by selected members of the Advisory and Scientific Committees.
