Payment may be made only
by
bank transfer to Mustafa Zafer Ozel. All
bank fees must be paid by the sender.
Payment by credit card is unavailable.
If you prefer
to pay your registration and / or accommodation
fee in YTL, it is available
now. Please pay the equivalent of the Euro
amount according to exchange rate.
The bank transfer receipt
for the appropriate fees must be sent by e-mail
to the conference secretariat (aacd2008@pamukkale.edu.tr,
udivrikli@pau.edu.tr).
Delegates
applying from Turkey should note that if payment
is made through the Garanti Bank (if you have an
account), no bank charges will be taken by the bank.
If a bank other than Garanti is used, or if applying
from outside Turkey, a charge will most probably
be made by the bank for transfering money. This
varies between banks and is, of course, beyond our
control.
Refunds
Delegates who have paid in
full and later find themselves unable to attend
the conference may apply for a refund. Please note
refunds will not be paid until the end of November
and a 20% (of the original fee paid) administration
fee will be charged. As an alternative if a delegate
cannot attend, they may wish to find someone to
come in their place. Please apply to us to have
the delegate’s name changed.
